Part of the Adventure chain, the Nashville location is massive and features 162 platforms among the trees and several ropes courses, bridges, and ladders.
You will get physical here as it is not your typical zipline course, its a ropes course in the trees! Challenge yourself both physically and mentally, but also enjoy the many ziplines throughout the obstacles.
Children can go ziplining for $45, and adult admission costs $52 per person. This self-guided experience is unlike any other zipline course you will find in Tennessee. You can also throw axes on the property which is the perfect activity to unwind after a day of ziplining in Nashville.
2. Treetop Adventure Park at Nashville Shores
You may know Nashville Shores as a lavish lakeside resort, but it’s also one of the best places for ziplining in the area. A perfect mixture of ziplines, suspended bridges, and ropes courses, the Treetop Adventure Park at Nashville Shores offers something for every thrill seeker.
There are 4 adult/junior courses you get to choose from, and one children’s course.
The 4-pack full course is the most popular package, and it costs $50 per person. However, the two massive ziplines are the highlight of this package. The Junior Course costs $35 and is perfect for adventurous kids. However, I recommend the $25 Kid’s Course for children who don’t have experience with heights.
3. Adventureworks Zipline Adventures
Located in White Creeks just north of Nashville, Adventureworks Zipline Forest is home to some of the best ziplines in the area. There are eight impressive ziplines on the property, and the longest one measures 1,000 feet long. Some of the ziplines start as high as 80 feet from the ground, and the shortest zipline spans 200 feet.
The zip tour costs $50 and takes up to 90 minutes, depending on your pace and the group size. Adventureworks Zipline Forest is also a popular team-building destination, great for taking your work group out for a day of adventure!
Adventure Works also has another zipline in Nashville West, it includes 9 ziplines that are as long as 700 feet in length and 85 feet in height. This zip course is located in the forest along the Harpeth River; you zip from ridgetop to ridgetop, experiencing one-of-a-kind Tennessee views.

First, it’s an automated zipline that differs from standard gravity lines, where you are connected to a harness and pulley. The system pulls you up to the top, and releases you!
You can fly as fast as 28 miles per hour and reach a peak height of 110 feet. As you are pretty high up, you get to take in the vies of the zoo around you.
This zipline is also unique in that you sit in a comfortable seat. There are 2 seats per cable ride, and 2 rides can go at a time. Making it a fun experience to race your friends to the bottom.
It only costs $2 per person to ride the zipline once you’ve paid admission to the zoo, which is $16-$28. So it is a no-brainer to give it a try!
5. Urban Air Adventure Park
Urban Air Adventure Park offers children everything from tumble tracks and obstacle courses to a new unique spin on ziplining. The Sky Rider takes the basics of ziplining and puts it into a kid-friendly, indoor package. While it doesn’t offer the same adrenaline rush as a traditional zipline, the Sky Rider is the perfect addition to the other slew of activities they offer at Urban Air Adventure Park.
The Wipeout Course, Tubes Playground, and many trampolines on the property offer plenty of action as well. I recommend Urban Air Adventure Park for families trying to test the waters and see if their kids are ready to continue their ziplining journey. Tickets start at $12 per person and go up to $31 for all-day access to each of the attractions.

The titular tower at Soar Adventure Tower is split into several levels that vary in difficulty and increase in height as you ascend.
Level one starts just 15 feet above the ground, but you can reach a height of 45 feet if you reach the third level. The tower combines elements of ropes courses, bridges, and traditional playground attractions into a unique package. You can even tackle the Adventure Tower at night, which provides a different experience altogether, and I recommend it.
Soar Adventure Tower also boasts a fun mini golf course which costs $13 per person. The Tower Adventure Pass costs between $30 and $50 per person depending on age.
K1 Speed
K1 Speed is an exciting chain of impressive indoor go-kart facilities, and the Nashville location is no exception. They offer both adult and child tracks which makes K1 Speed the perfect high-octane destination for families. Trampoline parks have taken the nation by storm for the last 10-15 years, and they continue to get bigger and better. Altitude Trampoline Park in Hermitage, Tennessee is a perfect example of this. It only takes 20-25 minutes to drive from Nashville to Hermitage, and the short drive is worthwhile.
Altitude Trampoline Park consists of a foam pit, trampoline court, basketball court, and dodgeball court. They also offer a unique challenge called The Sweeper which is all about timing your jumps.

You get the chance to destroy everything from glass bottles and wooden planks to laptop computers. While they provide breakables, Smash City Rage Room also lets you bring objects to destroy, but they must approve them.

Bad Axe Throwing provides axes for guests to use during their sessions, and they also sell axes.
