This is a great tour to join for those who are looking to experience more of what Colorado has to offer. Here, you can embark on a river rapids journey in combination with your zipline adventure.
First, you will meet with the white water rafting team where you will hop on the rapids of the Bighorn Sheep Canyon. This will take place in the morning, and then you’ll be able to enjoy the zipline after you enjoy a delicious lunch at the restaurant on the Arkansas River.

AVA offers ziplining at 2 different places, the Idaho Spring location and the Buena Vista location. You can choose from 3 ziplining tours, the Cliffside Zipline, Mountain Top Zipline, and then the zipline and rafting tour.
The difficulty for the ziplines are the same but the rafting tour is harder and the river rating is Class III. The zipline tour prices are the same, but rafting and ziplining costs more of course. Younger ages do get discounted prices!

The Colorado Adventure Center has ziplining, river rafting, and even a SkyTrek aerial course! But what’s special about this place is that it’s the only base camp with all of these activities, and it’s only 30 minutes outside Denver.
The longest line at this location is 1,200 feet! There is a total of eight ziplines that you’ll get to ride on, including one of Colorado’s tallest lines. Take in the beautiful views of the creek, as you soar through the tree canopies.

In addition, there is an aerial challenge course you’ll embark on, which includes 120 challenges all together. The aerial challenges are tied in with the ziplines, so you’ll get to experience it all, at your own pace.
It’s important to note that kids course participants are required to be able to reach 5 feet in the air with their arms extended. A visitor who satisfies this reach criteria must accompany any member who fails to do so.
